WECA Boys Club

We are excited to have your son(s) join us for this bi-weekly event. The vision of this program is to provide young boys with a safe, positive and FUN environment to interact with each other and be mentored by a group of Christian men. This program involves a combination of games, sports, hobby crafts and a short devotional with a biblical message. On occasion, we host a theme event that is geared specifically towards boys.
Past events include: sports/games, theme nights, kub kar derbies, and model rockets. We’ve also hosted the Edmonton Police, the K-9 police dogs, firemen, the bomb squad, and the Edmonton Public Library Maker Space program.
Our focus is to mentor the boys in the following ways:
M – MOTIVATION: Motivate them to be the best they can be.
E – ENCOURAGEMENT: Encourage fun, respect, and Godly behavior
N – NAME: Someone will always know their name. Everyone is a somebody.
T – TIME: We volunteer our time to show that they are important to us.
O – OWN EXPERIENCES: Help them learn life lessons through our own experiences.
R – RELATIONSHIPS: The key to mentorship is relationships. We strive to get to know every boy.
